Yoga for beginners / Yoga Essentials

Teaching yoga to complete beginners is a great passion of mine. I have designed a 4-6 week (1 session / week) Introduction to Yoga for complete beginners course which covers the basics of yogic breathing, meditation and foundational asanas / yoga poses. I also provide a basic introduction to Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra (Yogic sleep). The class size is typically limited to 16 students ensuring a relaxed environment with plenty of time for questions.
